How to Request a Return
To initiate your return and obtain your authorization number:
- Deadline: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request this return.
- Your Free Return Label
Once your request has been validated by our team:
* We will email you a FREE UPS prepaid return label.
* Print this label, affix it to any package or secure box, and drop it off at the nearest UPS service point.
- Your Return Deadline
* You have 30 days from receiving this free prepaid label to return the item to us.
* The package will be returned directly to our warehouse. - Refund
As soon as we receive and process the returned items, we will refund the balance in full.
- Important: The free return label is only available for orders shipped within the 48 continental United States.
